Me My Life and More..

I know I know I have no new post to add to my blog! Only because Christmas day my Internet decided to go down on me and Alltel has yet to send us a new router so needless to say Road runner here we come! Wed. we will be up and running with road runner! Finally the net.. I am here at work trying to get a quick blog in.. I wont be able to add pictures til I'm home but we had a WONDERFUL Christmas!! Santa was very good to the girls and they got lots of great stuff!! Makenna tried to get us up at 430 Christmas morning and we said OH NO get back to bed!! We finally got up around 630 Makenna was anxious but Ryleigh was still sleeping, we had to wake her up! Mimi and Papa came over to watch the girls open there gifts (since they only live next door) we then went over there ate breakfast and went downstairs to see what Santa brought! More fun stuff!! all in all we had a great Christmas.. We had a pretty hectic weekend and then back to work on Monday! Ugg but today is my last day til Jan. 5

Well we are back from Gatlinburg we had a wonderful trip!! Its not very often that we get a weekend or even a night away to ourselves.. It was great but we missed our girls dearly! We are grateful for the time we were able to spend with each other! So anyway Christmas is creeping up on me fast!!! Too fast! I have so much to do with only 1 weekend left!!! CRAP! I went out at lunch and finished up most of my shopping.. I think.. I have a mental list in my head and on paper and I dont feel like im ever done.. I have all my Santa wrapping to do (Jennifer hope your gonna help me out with this!) this weekend.. I have to do a major cleaning on my house last weekend we werent home and the weekend before that was just a pick up and put up Christmas lights weekend so Friday night and Saturday morning Im gonna be scrubbing!! I want my house nice and clean in time for Christmas so I can enjoy it without being stressed!! Wish me luck! 9 more days... I have 5 more work days left Yippie!!! I s

Today is my 10 year wedding anniversary.. So today we are going to Gatlinburg to celebrate.. We love the mountains! Funny how things work out! I remember when I met Rob I didnt really give him the time of day, my mind was on other things at the time but he was very persistant!! I finally broke down went on a date with him and now here we are!! 10 years later and still going strong... We have a great relationship, we rarely fight and if we do he trys to get me in a better mood by making me smile or laugh.. Which sometimes makes me even madder because I cant help but laugh and give in!! We have 2 beautiful daughters and every thing you could ask for! 10 yrs with more to come!

Makenna had her school play last week it was of all things High School Musical.. The vice principal Mrs Dee's (she such a great lady) who created the play took the whole cast to see the Pre-screening of High School Musical 3 back in October!! The play was really cute they turned the play into more of a lesson for there there school on how to strive to be better and to be "All in this together" The kids came up with the idea and made the sign on the stage by themselves it was very creative! The whole thing was really cute I'm glad that she got to participate she had a great time with her classmates!

Well we had a crazy weekend.. Friday night we went to sign up at the gym and they lost our paperwork and the guy we were dealing with up there wasnt there so we left and still havent been able to get back up there but we will!!! I need the gym! so when we left there we went out to eat and then home to relax. Saturday morning I got up and cleaned up a bit and then headed outside to help Rob with the Christmas lights.. We had planned on going to the King Christmas Parade but Rob wanted to get all the lights up and done because Sunday was gonna be windy and cold.. Well I swear he more than me felt like the grizwalds putting up Christmas lights!! HAHAH he would get the icicle lights up and some would be out so he had to climb back up and figure out which bulb it is.. and it was the same thing over and over again.. SO he got down and did some things around the yard and put some lights up on the trees outside. I left and had to get more icicle lights and when I came home the house was da

For some reason I woke up with this song in my head this morning.. I walked in the kitchen singing it and Rob looked at me like I was crazy.. He asked me what made me think of it, I told him I dont know!! it just popped in my head for some reason.. Weird hahah Thought I would share.. I do like this song though..

Well as you all know I put my Christmas tree up a little early this year and of course it looked beautiful for about the 1st week until my cats discovered it!! Well the funny thing is last year I don't think they thought twice about the tree although Leo was just a little squirt then too.. Well Leo is about 15lbs bigger this year.. YES HE IS HUGE.. and I don't think my Christmas tree can take much more of Him or Bentley!! Bentley is about 15-16 lbs and Leo is around 18-20 lbs.. Anywho I walked in one morning and guess who has made a bed IN MY TREE like a little squirrel although he as not as small as a squirrel!! LEO! OMG I couldn't believe it!! so everyday I come home praying to GOD that my tree is still standing and in one piece! I'm attaching a picture so you can see what I did.. this was about half way up my tree and in the back and now there is a non fluffed area in my tree (its artificial).. CATS.. there TROUBLE I tell ya!! but I love them to pieces!!
